Rich is the founder and creative leader of the company. He brings brings a wealth of experience and insight into how music moves the soul. In addition to composing, arranging and producing music in a wide range of styles, he is a record producer with credit on a Grammy nominated album and he performs live playing bass, mandolin, guitar, keyboard and percussion.
